Normally, they charge with conspiracy, so they can keep you in jail without bail for a while, then drop the charges.

In the states, if you decide to not put money into a parking meter, it’s a civil infraction (less than a misdemeanor). If you say to the person with you, “We’ll just be a minute, so don’t put any money into the meter,” then it’s felony conspiracy for both of you.

One of the times I was arrested (for dumpster diving food…my now-wife and I were poor) I was wearing a shirt of a local punk band “My First Step Toward Failure”, and a sweatshirt reading “I Love Cops”. A bunch of cops came into the holding cell and took pictures with me and had a good laugh at my expense. Needless to say, I’ve taken great care to make wiser choices in my clothing when taking place in questionable activities.

I believe that Dreamhost was the hosting service that was used for IAM#2- and at that time they used to have a blog for all their issues- and when /if they got fixed.
Not much love or happiness was sent to Dreamhost at that time by all its customers for how much they had issues.

i dont see what about these people’s faces would indicate they would be prone to illegal acts…

well except the blackface guys! LOL

i bet your right about the ‘mob action’ charge, the cops love any way they can trump up minor offenses. they often give multiple charges for the same thing, to intimidate and make the perp sound wicked. once you get to court most of it is thrown out, if you have a clue!

Do you know if the “mob action” thing exists in Canada? Because I’ve totally torn down posters in anger before with more than two people present.
