The reason cauliflower ect, looks like brains is because the structure is the most efficient at distributing nutrients. Bam!

Especially the little crispy leaves on the outside, mmmmm, yum.
Kale chips are kind of like those delectable crispy bits. Toss some kale pieces with a little oil and seasoning, spread out on a pan, roast till nice and crisy, stirring them a couple times, and oooo, those suckers are addictive!

The rules are pretty simple, but the game ends up actually being more complex than chess while still being easier to learn.

I can remember physically gagging on them. Now I prefer them. Must be fresh though. Those frozen ones are disgusting.

Seriously decadently delicious. I have no favorite vegetables, I’d eat nothing but bloody steak if I could but have found small red potatoes to be delicious raw with a touch of olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. All vitamins and minerals intact and quite tasty. Since I am not a huge fan of eating, it’s best that I eat raw when possible. Well, that’s of course best for anyone. I wonder if raw brussel sprouts could be made into a cole slaw of sorts and mean to try. Yeah! :D

Angela,
I always thought that cauliflower looked like “little brains” :)
My fav veggies are brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet peas, and fried squash. :)

Really good. And they are such a great vegetable. It’s so nice to see someone who feeds their family something other than the usual western crap
